Registration payment, in Euro Dollars (€), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive) of conference proceedings, welcome reception, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 21 October 2013, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A €50 fee will be charged for all substitutions.

How to Register
There are two ways to register for the µTAS 2013 Conference:

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed. This may take up to five (5) business days.

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter Germany must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full when appropriate documentation is given.
