Abstract Submission Deadline: April 5, 2005 (11:59 p.m. Hawaii Time) Author Notification: May 20, 2005 Manuscript Deadline: July 1, 2005 Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes allowed for questions and answers (20 minutes total time). Poster presentations will be divided into three sessions to facilitate interaction with authors. Posters will be displayed on the scheduled day only. The Technical Digest Author's Kit includes the instructions for preparing the camera-ready paper for publication in both the Technical Digest and CD ROM. Your presentation reference number you received when submitting your abstract(s) has become your reference number throughout the conference. Please reference that number on the disc labels and file copy on the discs. Please read the requirements carefully. The Index Category Form is due to PMMI by June 13th but actual manuscripts (both electronic submission to the web-site site and 2 hardcopies to PMMI), 2 discs or CD's and TRF copyright form are due on Thursday, June 23rd (with an absolute final deadline of July 1st. Papers received after July 1st will be excluded from the Conference). The PDF version submitted to the web-site MUST be identical to the copies submitted by hardcopy and disc. Please note - The 1978 Copyright Law requires that TRF Conferences that publish their papers in the United States obtain copyright transfers in writing from authors prior to publication. This release must be completed and returned with paper. Failure to return these forms with camera-ready-copy will preclude publication of paper. All presenters are required to register for the conference before the July 1st manuscript deadline. This can be done by completing the on-line registration form. |
